WEDNESDAY WALK - M-H - CBC Sponsored: Namadgi Visitors Centre to Bushfold Flats Hut Return

A walk mainly on good track from the Namadgi Visitors Centre along the Australian Alps Walking Track (AAWT) to the hut at Bushfolds Flat. Initially we climb steeply via the Cypress Pine Lookout to the junction of the AAWT and the Mt Tennent Track. Following a break for morning tea we follow the AAWT along a rougher track and then fire trail to the Bushfolds Flat hut for lunch. The hut should provide some protection if the predicted rain eventuates. We'll retrace our steps back to the visitors centre. Its a steep and stepped decent from the junction, so walking sticks may be useful.
