THIS TRIP IS NOW FULL. Leader: Meg McKone. Two weeks car camping starting from Melrose, SA. Day walks of varying length and difficulty in Chambers Gorge, the Gammon Ranges and Arkaroola Sanctuary. Classic Flinders gorges, sweeping views, brilliant colours, extensive Aboriginal engravings, interesting geology. AWD vehicles of Forester-type standard preferable. Small caravans and trailers can access the campsites. Cabins available only at Arkaroola.
