DESCRIPTION:This is an overnight hike, ideal for those wanting to try ou
 t backpacking for the first time. If you haven't got the gear, you can h
 ire from the Club. Starting from David Brayshaws Hut Carpark on Boboyan 
 Road, walk 2km to Westermans Hut. We will set up tents, have afternoon t
 ea and enjoy the surroundings, with the option of walking back to Braysh
 aws Hut at sunset to take photos. Or bring a book, knitting, drawing... 
 Next day, we pack up and take all our gear with us, walk NW along a sect
 ion of the border on Grassy Creek Fire Trail, leaving it for a short dis
 tance to cross the border, head east and find our way to Waterhole Hut f
 or a lunch break. We will then follow the Settlers Track back to Braysha
 ws Hut. Total distance: 17km. Open to public.
