DESCRIPTION:A relatively easy, pleasant walk on firetrails and the Bendo
 ra Arboretum trail, starting from the Bulls Head picnic area on the Mt F
 ranklin Road. We walk along Moonlight Hollow Rd and then Chalet Road (lo
 cked gates mean these are vehicle-free), with lunch at Bendora Hut. We t
 hen walk the Bendora Arboretum Trail, which weaves 1.5km through the arb
 oretum, which was established in 1940 and contains a range of exotic spe
 cies. We will be walking under the shade of tall trees for much of the t
 ime. A short car shuffle will be required before the start of the walk. 
 Should be back in Canberra by mid-afternoon.
