 ead of the Banks Steep Track, and a very pleasant off-track descent west
  from Mt Rob Roy through woodland. Most of the rest is fire trail; a lit
 tle long grass. An early start at 6.30am to beat the heat, finished by a
 round 11am. RU⇧4it with an R! Around 10km and 600vm. When booking, ple
