Yankee Hat Peaks (now fully booked - waitlisted)

A walk to Yankee Hat peaks and nearby slabs. Intention is to start from Yankee Hat carpark and ascent initially Yankee Hat North (1447m), then across to Yankee Hat South (1558m). Depending on scrub and time, will also attempt to visit some rock features to the NW of the main peak. Return will be via a creek line between the two peaks, crossing Bogong Ck and joining up with Old Boboyan Rd back to the carpark. Note that the rock art site and walking track to the site are closed so we will need to avoid these areas. Crossing Bogong Ck will be boggy and may also require a dip in the water.
