DESCRIPTION:TRIP IS CURRENTLY FULL We will walk the Nadgee Wilderness Wa
 lk from Mallacoota to Merrica River - via the coast. The first travellin
 g day will be used to reach Mallacoota from Canberra. The walk is a wond
 erful coast walk and is part of the Great South Coast walk - http://grea
 tsouthcoastwalk.net/. As well as wonderful isolated beaches there is coa
 stal heath that is home to a shy ground parrot. While the walking is cla
 ssed as medium there is sand to walk through and maybe some strong winds
  to face. There is water at campsites but it may take extra walking to f
 ind it and we will have to carry enough for each day's walk. At this tim
 e of year we will need to use fuel stoves. Currently the Mallacoota inle
 t is open to the ocean and we will take a boat across the Mallacoota Est
 uary. In addition I will arrange to be picked up at the end of the walk 
 to be transported back to Mallacoota. So trip costs will include Canberr
 a-Mallacoota Transport, camping at Mallacoota, camping in the National P
 ark, boat ride across the estuary and transport back to Mallacoota at th
 e end of the walk.
